Job Description

Your role:

Supports the sales team by delivering accurate product information and presentations to clients, clearly communicating technical specifications and benefits.
Works diligently under supervision and within established processes, ensuring compliance with operational policies and consistent, high-quality output.
Responds promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed support on product features, usage, and troubleshooting to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Develops and applies foundational professional concepts, building knowledge of relevant principles and practices to support continuous learning.
Uses analytical skills to resolve routine requests efficiently, following defined procedures to achieve effective outcomes.
Builds strong internal relationships, actively exchanging information with colleagues, supervisors, and project leaders to foster collaboration and team success.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales reports, and documentation in the CRM system to support reporting and analysis.
Provides technical expertise during client meetings and demonstrations, ensuring customer questions and concerns are addressed effectively.
Assists in executing sales strategies and initiatives, working closely with the sales team to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
Identifies opportunities to enhance sales support processes, contributing to greater efficiency and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

You're The Right Fit If

Bachelor’s degree with preference of 2 years of experience within Sales Support / Customer service / Back Office environment.
Dedicated personality who loves to work within a fast-paced & dynamical environment.
Ability to deal and engage with demanding stakeholders.
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, attention to detail.
Languages: advanced or near-native proficiency in Polish and fluent in English. Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
Customer centric and excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as high intercultural awareness.
Knowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, salesforce…).
