Full Stack Developer – Remote (Occasional Travel, EST/CST Preferred)

We’re partnering with a major retail and eCommerce leader seeking a Full Stack Developer for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is remote with some travel to fulfillment centers (approximately 10–25%). You’ll be working on internal applications that streamline warehouse operations and empower on-site associates and supervisors to perform at their best.

This is a fast-paced, agile environment where projects move from design to launch in as little as six months. The ideal candidate thrives in hands-on development, understands end-to-end application flow, and can collaborate across web and mobile environments. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute directly to process improvement within one of the country’s most recognized retail organizations.

Contract Duration: 12 – 24 Months

Required Skills & Experience

Strong SQL (preferably MySQL); ability to write and optimize complex queries
Experience with Java and Kotlin
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and understanding of front-end structure
Familiarity with Git for version control
Experience writing and debugging APIs and WebSocket connections
Hands-on experience with mobile or Android development

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with Django/Python frameworks
Previous work in warehouse, logistics, or operations-focused applications
Knowledge of automated web testing tools
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
Data analysis or statistical insight experience
