Remote Position for Senior Salesforce Solutions Architect

Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic technical leader who can architect and deliver cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of Salesforce development, marketing technology, and advertising technology. This role is pivotal in enabling scalable, privacy-compliant, and data-driven marketing initiatives across paid channels, leveraging Salesforce capabilities integrated with Adobe Marketing Cloud and other enterprise AdTech platforms. The ideal candidate combines deep Salesforce architecture expertise with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, identity resolution, and consent management frameworks. You will partner closely with leadership, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and robust data governance.

Manager’s Notes & Key Expectations
Salesforce Development & Architecture: Non-negotiable. Must demonstrate hands-on experience building and scaling Salesforce solutions for enterprise marketing workflows.
Adobe Integration: Ability to integrate Salesforce with Adobe Experience Cloud for marketing automation, personalization, and advertising technology initiatives.
Leadership Interaction: Exceptional communication skills are critical—this role will regularly present technical strategies and progress to senior leadership.
Conversion Path: Initially a contractor role with strong expectation to convert.
Location Flexibility: Fully remote during contract phase; post-conversion, one of these locations (AZ, CA, CO, GA, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WV).
Team Scale: Manager leads a team of 30 -this is a priority hire.
Core Responsibilities
Architect and implement Salesforce-based marketing solutions integrated with Adobe tools to support AdTech and MarTech strategies.
Design and govern enterprise tag management and tracking frameworks (Adobe Launch, Tealium, GTM) ensuring accurate analytics for paid channels.
Enable advanced identity resolution and cross-device tracking while maintaining compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations.
Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance across programmatic, display, video, and paid search.
Lead technical discussions on data clean rooms (Google ADH, AWS Clean Rooms, Habu) and privacy-safe measurement methodologies.
Support development of data pipelines and integrations using JavaScript, APIs, and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
Champion Agile delivery practices and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years in Salesforce development and architecture for marketing and advertising workflows.
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar MarTech platforms.
Strong background in AdTech operations, programmatic advertising, and enterprise tag management.
Hands-on experience with privacy and consent management tools (OneTrust, Ensighten).
Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and API integrations.
Familiarity with identity stitching, cross-device tracking, and clean room technologies.
Outstanding communication and leadership engagement skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and server-side tracking implementations.
Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for marketing analytics.
Understanding of attribution models (MTA, MMM) and media performance frameworks.

Estimated Min Rate: $80.50
Estimated Max Rate: $115.00
