Job Specifications

Remote with preference of NYS or Northeast Region

Travel requirement: 5% - occasional team meeting, if desired

Duration: 1 year with option to extend (possibility of FTE)

Tentative Start date: 1/12/2026

Contractor must have own computer, cell phone, and access to reliable high-speed internet

Years of Experience required: 3+ years

Department Requesting Resource: Codes & Standards

Work Behind the scene, support application. Set up client qualify client retailers and Contractors, They need install home infrastructure, wires to handle extra load.
Work with customers, rebate retailers and contractors directly spending. Verify who is needed and completed documents and report back to the vendors.
Need who focus facilitate program retailers and make sure they are submitting proper documents. Q&A for specific applications, Design and application for residential contracting specifically at wiring side.
Client program consumers give more choice. Contractor and retailer through paperwork.

Core Responsibilities

Maintain relationships with PCs & PRs
Provide Salesforce system support
Troubleshoot PR/PC issues with applications/coupons
Monitor PR/PC performance and recommend corrective actions
Manage virtual coupons
Maintain public lists of participating contractors & retailers
Manage qualified product lists
Maintain dashboards & reports in Salesforce
Perform data QA reviews, cleanup & documentation updates
Track budgets, participation, and milestones
Coordinate with Shared Services for agreements
Support inspections and corrective actions with QMS team
Become expert on AUP Program Manual

Specialized Skills (Must-Have)

Experience with incentive programs
Advanced Salesforce Lightning skills
UAT
Troubleshooting
System design
Report/dashboard building
Salesforce Lightning exp mandatory

Education: Bachelor’s degree required
