Few Details about the role :

[MUST] Strong ownership and accountability mindset

[MUST] 5+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst (or similar) supporting enterprise SaaS systems

[MUST] Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM) or comparable ITSM platforms

Experience with at least several of these domains:

Incident / Problem / Change Management

Asset & CMDB

Service Catalog / Request workflows

ITOM discovery/automation

HRSD or CSM (bonus but valuable)

Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements; familiarity with documentation + process mapping

Exposure to workflow automation, integration points, and cross-system dependencies

Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative delivery

Ability to support initiatives end-to-end: requirements → delivery → UAT → enablement

Interest in working with integrations and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., Jira, HRIS, CMDB, monitoring tools)
