Process Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months

Hybrid working (Average 2 days per week regional UK travel required)

Rate: Circa £450 per day via Umbrella

Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and enabling digital transformation? We’re looking for a Process Transformation Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our operations.

About the Role

This role combines deep process knowledge with strong business analysis expertise to deliver transformation initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll ensure process improvements and system changes are well-defined, documented, and implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Map current processes, identify gaps, and design future-state processes.
Gather and document business requirements for process and system changes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and project teams.
Assess solutions for process impact and alignment with business needs.
Support change adoption through training and communication.
Define KPIs and track benefits realization post-implementation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of business process management, Lean/Six Sigma principles, and continuous improvement.
Proven experience in business analysis within transformation or large-scale change programs, ideally in a Field Operations focused role.
Skilled in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS) and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with digital enablement, automation technologies, and data-driven decision-making.
Degree-level education or equivalent experience (Lean Six Sigma certification desirable).
