Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email and walk-in
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Transfer unresolved issues to your 2nd line support colleagues
Ownership for the client relationship: you are recognized by the client as a business partner, from whom to seek advise
Completed an IT degree or already had IT Support experience or developed a strong interest in IT Support
Good communication skills in French and/or Dutch combined with English
Customer oriented and a team player who likes to share knowledge with others
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and support software
Constant craving for new technologies and trends!

Practical experience with ticketing (incident/service request), Windows/Linux environments, Active directory (OU, reset password,…), DNS, DHCP,…
Already accumulated knowledge of the ITIL framework
