About the Role
We’re hiring an early-career HR & Recruiting Operations coordinator to support the operational foundation of the business across HR, recruiting operations, sales enablement, and special projects. This is an execution-focused role designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure, real ownership, and visibility across how a recruiting business operates. You’ll be responsible for keeping systems organized, processes moving, and teams supported - while working closely with internal leadership.
Key Responsibilities
HR & People Operations
Manage employee onboarding and off-boarding, including account setup and shutdown, DocuSign workflows, and equipment returns
Maintain accurate people data, internal records, and HR documentation
Support payroll, benefits, and HR administration through JustWorks
Track and process expenses, including quarterly reimbursements
Coordinate internal training schedules
Prepare and distribute people and recruiting operations reports, including daily updates, recruiter performance metrics, and CS reporting
Recruiting Operations & Internal Hiring
Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate logistics
Support active internal hiring efforts through applicant pool management, structured sourcing and outreach, job posting management, and ATS upkeep
Sales Enablement
Conduct prospect and market research using tools such as Crunchbase and recent funding data
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in an HR, recruiting coordination, operations, or support role (including internships)
Experience working in a small company, start-up, or fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel proficiency prefered
Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) tools such as RecruiterFlow, DocuSign, JustWorks, and LinkedIn Recruiter
Interest in building a career in HR operations, recruiting operations, or people-focused roles
