Role Description

We are seeking a Cyber Security Account Director to join Cybanetix in a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility for remote working. This position is new business focused, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and converting new opportunities while driving revenue growth.

You will build CISO and Head of, level relationships with prospective clients, own the end-to-end sales cycle, and lead internal teams to ensure solutions are positioned and delivered effectively. The role requires a strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate prospect requirements into clear, compelling security propositions. You will lead engagement planning, align internal delivery teams, and work closely with stakeholders to develop long-term cyber security strategies that align with both client objectives and Cybanetix’s growth targets.

Key elements of the role include:

Driving new logo acquisition through targeted prospecting, partner/vendor alignment, events, and inbound and outbound opportunities.

Managing the full sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.

Building and maintaining a strong, qualified sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed new business targets.

Developing and executing structured go-to-market and pipeline strategies.

Confident operating in a hybrid working environment, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships both internally and externally, with a clear focus on engaging and converting prospective clients.

Qualifications

Strong track record in business development and consultative sales, including pipeline generation and closing complex opportunities.

Demonstrable expertise in enterprise sales, including discovery, proposal development, and achieving revenue targets.

Good understanding of the cyber security market; familiarity with SIEM and breach detection solutions is highly advantageous.

Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Confident operating in a hybrid working environment, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships both internally and externally, with a clear focus on engaging and converting prospective clients.
