Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an Account Manager - BFSI Sales. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, ensuring customer satisfaction, building strong relationships, and overseeing customer service activities. The role will also involve identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and maintaining effective communication channels with clients to address their needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Account Management and the ability to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
Proven experience in IT Recruiting, business development , Sales Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
Proficiency in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through Lead Generation.
Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and relationship building.
Ability to understand the BFSI sector and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in BFSI sales or a similar industry is an asset.
