Role Description

This is a contract Account Manager - Staffing - BFSI role located on-site in Mississauga, ON. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, manage staffing solutions, and ensure effective communication between clients and the recruitment team. Responsibilities include ensuring a smooth hiring process, addressing client needs, and providing exceptional customer support tailored to the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The role requires collaboration with IT recruitment professionals to meet client expectations and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Account Management, including building and maintaining strong client relationships
Experience in Staffing Services and expertise in tailored solutions for client requirements.
Lead Generation, Business Development experience within BFSI is must
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address client inquiries effectively
Experience with IT Recruitment and Hiring processes, especially within the BFSI sector
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively and address client needs in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in the BFSI industry is an asset
