The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of retail environments, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to proactively drive initiatives with external partners.
Fluency in English, French, and/or German.
Responsibility:
Campaign Strategy & Development: Support the end-to-end development and execution of the awareness campaign across key locations in France and Germany, focusing on merchandising strategies, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Site & Opportunity Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis, in partnership with external partners, to build a clear and detailed database of each location's layout, store coverage, footfall, signage opportunities, media opportunities, and insights into payment behaviors.
Toolkit Creation: Serve as the subject matter expert on the details of each location, store, and touchpoint for the internal creative team. Help build a robust campaign toolkit (e.g., guidelines, creative assets, best practices, implementation manuals) for external partners to ensure consistent, high-quality, and on-brand execution across all locations.
Merchandising & Media Placement: Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising and media placement strategies, including a detailed timeline for toolkit distribution and campaign execution. Keep internal partners informed regularly on the progress.
Partner Management & Drive: Proactively engage, manage, and influence external partners, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives, driving timely execution of campaign elements, and overcoming potential roadblocks.
Audit & Optimization: Manage audits of merchandising placements and campaign activations across France and Germany with external partners
Data & Reporting: Assist in analyzing campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and future initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, production, legal) to ensure campaign alignment, secure necessary approvals, and leverage internal expertise.
Project Management: Maintain a comprehensive status schedule for all ongoing campaign projects, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking.
Key Qualifications
2-4 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on retail, point-of-sale (POS), or merchandising campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed site analysis and identify strategic opportunities within complex retail environments.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to inform strategy and measure campaign effectiveness.
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong bias for action and ability to move initiatives forward with external partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
