Hybrid role (2 Days remote work)

Location: Olen

Salary: €80,000

Job Description

The Construction Technical Solutions & Training Specialist is responsible for capturing practical construction expertise and translating it into effective technical training and solution support. The role combines hands-on construction knowledge with strong communication and training skills.

Approximately 70% of the role focuses on capturing, structuring, and documenting real-world construction experience from projects, experts, and field operations. This knowledge is converted into clear technical guidance, best practices, and learning materials.

The remaining 30% of the role is dedicated to delivering technical training to internal teams, partners, or customers, including presentations to large audiences in both Dutch and English.

The specialist supports the implementation and understanding of technical solutions within the construction environment. While a solid construction background is required, specific technical solution knowledge will be developed on the job through training and collaboration with technical teams.

Key Requirements

Technical background and strong knowledge of the construction industry
Proven experience delivering training or presentations to large groups
Ability to capture and translate field experience into structured learning content
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Comfortable learning new technical solutions within the role
