We are looking for a ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Consultant passionate about innovation and digital transformation. You will play a key role in helping our clients understand their challenges, explore their needs, and design high-value ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:

Business Development:

Participate in discussions with clients to understand their business and technology objectives.
Design and present customized ServiceNow solutions.
Lead demonstrations, workshops, and technical sessions.
Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and sales proposals.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition.
Work with international teams to produce consistent proposals.
Mentor or guide junior colleagues.
Share best practices and enhance internal offerings.

Must-Have Competencies:

10+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow pre-sales or consulting.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITxM, CMDB/Discovery, CSDM, CSM, FSM, TSOM, AppEngine…
Proficiency in ServiceNow technical capabilities (workflows, integrations, implementation methodology…).
Ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English).

Desired Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – preferred.
ServiceNow Pre-Sales accreditations – a plus.
CTA/CMA certifications – a bonus.
