DevSecOps Lead / Engineering Manager (IT) - Contract

Are you a hands-on DevSecOps leader ready to shape the way engineering teams deliver secure, high-quality software? Our client is looking for someone to drive CI/CD excellence, DevSecOps best practices, and automation at scale, all while mentoring and inspiring multi-disciplinary teams.

What You’ll Do

Lead Source Control & Pipelines: Standardize repos, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines across Salesforce, Python APIs, PL/SQL, and integration platforms.
Champion Quality & Security: Embed automated testing, quality gates, and DevSecOps tooling (SAST, SCA, secrets scanning) into every release.
Drive Metrics & Insights: Implement DORA metrics and dashboards to continuously improve delivery performance.
Mentor & Collaborate: Guide engineers, troubleshoot complex delivery issues, and foster a DevOps culture of automation and efficiency.

What You Bring

Proven expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, YAML, Salesforce Copado, Python, PL/SQL, and Terraform/Bicep.
Hands-on experience with QTest, automated testing, and security tooling.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and automation.
