Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: Elma, NY

Duration: 6-month assignment with possible extensions

Shift: Onsite. M-F (typical shift is 8 am - 4:30 pm, but there can be flexibility)

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Elma, NY. In this role, you will partner closely with recruiters to provide comprehensive support for both hourly and salaried positions.

Responsibilities:

Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule complex telephone and onsite interviews across multiple time zones.
Candidate Travel: Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for candidates visiting the East Aurora facility or other national sites.
Onboarding & Compliance: Facilitate the onboarding process, including background checks and toxicology tests. You will specifically manage FAA compliance, ensuring candidates complete necessary training and drug screens.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with managers and interview teams to ensure every candidate experience is positive, organized, and welcoming.
Systems Management: Execute daily tasks within Workday (ATS) and Microsoft Outlook to maintain hiring momentum.
Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the first point of contact for potential talent, representing our company’s culture and philosophy from day one.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources.
Systems Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (complex calendar scheduling) and experience with Workday (or a similar Applicant Tracking System).

Preferred Skills:

Multi-Timezone Coordination: Experience supporting teams across both the East and West coasts.
