HR Transformation Communications

Fixed-term (12 months)

Role Overview

This position sits within the HR change function and focuses on delivering clear, engaging, and strategically aligned internal communications for a major Human Capital Management (HCM) system implementation.

The role partners closely with HR transformation leads, programme change teams, and corporate communications colleagues to ensure messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned across multiple transformation initiatives.

The primary objective is to ensure employees are informed, prepared, and engaged throughout the change journey.

Key Responsibilities

Translate the overall change roadmap into a structured communications plan tailored to different stakeholder groups.
Develop and deliver high-quality internal communications across multiple channels (e.g., articles, email campaigns, leadership briefings, digital content, video scripts, posters, and events).
Ensure messaging aligns with broader transformation initiatives across functions such as Finance, Procurement, and Technology.
Manage end-to-end production of communications materials, including drafting, stakeholder review, approval, scheduling, and publication.
Tailor messaging to different audiences, taking into account seniority, technical understanding, and potential resistance to change.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, branding standards, and data privacy requirements.
Provide regular forward planning updates on upcoming communications themes and campaigns.
Measure engagement and effectiveness using feedback and analytics, refining approaches where needed.
Act as a contact point for queries relating to transformation communications, offering guidance and support to stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

Education

Degree-level qualification or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

Experience supporting communications within an HR systems or HR transformation programme (e.g., HRIS implementation).
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Strong understanding of employee engagement trends and modern internal communication approaches, including digital and multimedia formats.
Experience developing content across a wide range of media channels.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
