The Growth Marketer role
Context
Alan's digital distribution, both for companies and individuals, is experiencing strong growth (+45% annually), and we are planning for even more impressive growth in the coming years thanks to a strong brand and innovative distribution.
We are looking to scale our acquisition efforts in Belgium by bringing in a dedicated growth marketing expert to accelerate our expansion in this key market
You will work closely with the local acquisition referent, adapt what's working in our main market to Belgium's unique characteristics, and develop tailored strategies. You'll need to understand the Belgian healthcare landscape, cultural nuances, and what makes health insurance different in Belgium compared to other markets.
Your Mission
Your objective is to drive sustainable and scalable growth for Alan Belgium through:
Ownership and optimization of digital marketing channels (SEA, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, Email marketing...)
Development of targeted campaigns for specific customer segments in the Belgian market
Design and execution of growth experiments to validate hypotheses and unlock new opportunities
Creation and testing of ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages that resonate with Belgian audiences
Data-driven optimization of campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI
Collaboration with design, content, Product, and Sales teams for integrated growth initiatives
Management of budget allocation, performance tracking, and reporting
Testing and validation of new channels and tactics as growth levers

If you have some of the following, you may be a great fit
At least 5 years in Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, or Growth Operations
Fluent in English and Dutch
Proven track record of developing and executing successful acquisition strategies in B2B SaaS or tech companies
Strong analytical and data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools (Metabase, Mixpanel, etc.)
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and budget management
Excellent copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and sales collateral
Comfortable using marketing tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Customer.io, Figma, Webflow/Prismic
Nice-to-Have:
Healthcare or HR SaaS industry experience
Experience scaling growth in international or multi-market environments
For this role, we are looking to hire in the C0-D level range.
