Schedule: Monday–Friday, Core Business Hours

Location: Hybrid – Toronto, ON (2 days onsite; Tuesday anchor day)

Role Overview

Seeking a Business Information Management Analyst III to support data monitoring, analysis, and reporting activities within a Capital Markets environment. This role will focus on centralized data oversight, investigating data issues, and supporting ongoing operational and project-related initiatives within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor centralized data environments and investigate potential data breaches or data quality issues

Support monthly system releases and testing activities

Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal standards

Assist with ongoing BAU activities and provide support for data-related project initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues

Develop and maintain data queries and scripts using Python and/or SQL

Support data analysis and reporting requirements for stakeholders

Assist with test case development, execution, and validation for system changes and releases

Contribute to dashboards and reporting solutions to support business insights and monitoring

Required Qualifications

5–7 years of professional experience in data analysis, business information management, or related roles

3–5 years of experience within Capital Markets

Strong proficiency in Python and/or SQL

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with data monitoring, validation, and issue investigation

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Nice to Have

Experience writing and executing test scenarios and test cases

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Alteryx

Finance-related certifications

Experience supporting data initiatives within financial services environments

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced environments

Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills
