About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter and HR Coordinator who will help with the day to day recruiting, HR tasks and office management. We are aiming to build a team that is very results-driven and shares a get-it-done mentality. In order to fit the role, you should be a team player at heart who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Review resumes
Perform the initial candidates screening
Schedule on-site interviews
Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding employees
Help with renewal of employees benefits - including medical
HR related tasks
Office Related tasks

What do you need to bring:

Can do it attitude, willing to improve processes, high sense of ownership
Ability to prioritize and multitask, time management skills
Ability to problem solve with minimal supervision
A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization
Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
