Oracle Utility - Techno functional Consultant Remote Opportunity United States Required Qualifications Technical Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities applications (CC&B, MDM, MWM, or WAM)
Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Proficiency in configuration tools, business objects, algorithms, and service scripts
Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, and web services
Understanding of SOA architecture and integration patterns
Familiarity with Oracle database administration concepts Functional Knowledge
Deep understanding of utility industry business processes and meter-to-cash cycle
Knowledge of billing, rating, device management, and field service operations
Experience with utility regulatory requirements and compliance
Understanding of smart metering, AMI/AMR systems, and interval data management Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Utilities implementations
Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Utilities implementation projects
Proven track record of successful project delivery in the utilities sector Preferred Qualifications
Oracle Utilities certification
Experience with cloud-based Oracle Utilities solutions (Oracle Utilities Cloud Service)
Knowledge of additional Oracle products such as Oracle Service Cloud or Oracle Integration Cloud
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with utility industry standards (IEC, MultiSpeak, etc.)
