Role Overview

Join the People & Culture (P&C) team to deliver a smooth and compliant onboarding experience for new hires and hiring managers, ensuring excellent customer service and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Manage onboarding processes for new and existing employees.
Handle background checks, I-9 verification, and compliance documents.
Communicate directly with new joiners and guide them through the onboarding steps.
Serve as Tier 1-2 support for P&C-related inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams (Talent Acquisition, IT, Facilities) to ensure smooth onboarding.
Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and support related projects.
Run and analyze reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

Must-Have Qualifications

HR background: 2+ years in HR operations, shared services, or similar.
Communication: Strong written and verbal skills (email, video calls).
Tech savvy: Experience with HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow), and MS Office Suite.
Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows.
