ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

* Design and develop custom forms using ServiceNow Studio and Form Designer.

* Implement client scripts, UI policies, and business rules to enhance form behavior.

* Configure form layouts, views, and related lists to improve usability.

* Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional form designs.

* Ensure forms are accessible, responsive, and aligned with ServiceNow best practices.

* Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of form configurations.

* Support upgrades and troubleshoot form-related issues.

* Strong Knowledge of Now Assist and ServiceNow GenAI Capabilities.

Role- ServiceNow Form Senior Developer

* We are looking for a detail-oriented ServiceNow Form Developer and Now Assist developer to design, configure, and optimize forms and user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.

* This role focuses on enhancing user experience and ensuring data integrity through well-structured, dynamic forms that align with business processes.

* Strong experience with ServiceNow form design and configuration.

* Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting within ServiceNow.

* Familiarity with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Change, and Service Catalog.

* Understanding of ServiceNow data model, relationships and Architecture. Experience with Flow Designer and low-codeno-code tools.

* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* Knowledge of Now Assist and GenAI Capabilities with ServiceNow.
